In case of cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded as per our refund policy.


5. One Year Promise

BannoBlush offers a One Year Promise on select products:

  • A 50% refund is applicable only if the polish fades within one year from the purchase date.

  • The original purchase bill is mandatory.

  • Physical damage, breakage, scratches, stone loss, or mishandling are not covered.

  • In case of physical damage, a 10% discount on the next purchase may be offered as a goodwill gesture.

This promise is subject to review and approval by BannoBlush.


6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and refunds are processed strictly according to our policies mentioned on the website. Refund eligibility is limited and subject to product condition, usage, and verification.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.


7. Jewelry Care & Usage

Our jewelry is crafted for style and elegance. To maintain its finish:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, chemicals, and sweat.

  • Store in a dry, clean place when not in use.

  • Handle with care to prevent damage.

Improper use may void eligibility under the One Year Promise.
