Our One Year Promise ensures peace of mind with your purchase. If the polish of your jewelry fades within one year from the date of purchase, we offer a 50% refund of the product value, subject to a valid purchase bill.

No. The One Year Promise applies only to polish-related issues. Physical damage such as breakage, scratches, dents, or stone loss is not covered. However, in case of damage, we offer a 10% discount on your next Bannoblush purchase as a goodwill gesture.

Yes. The original purchase bill or invoice is mandatory to process any refund or discount under the One Year Promise.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds or discount codes are processed within 7–10 working days.

We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry place, avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals, and gently wiping it after use to maintain its shine and polish.
