Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges


Returns or exchanges are accepted only in specific cases and are subject to verification.

You may be eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • There is a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery

All requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.



Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange


For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are not eligible:

  • Used or worn products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Items without original packaging or invoice

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers (unless damaged or incorrect)



Return & Exchange Process


To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us through our Contact Us page or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order details, invoice, and clear images/videos of the product

  3. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.



Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 7–10 working days after approval

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error is from BannoBlush.



Exchanges


Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.



One Year Promise (Polish Policy)


Please note that polish-related concerns after usage are covered under our One Year Promise policy and are not handled under standard returns or exchanges.



Customer Responsibility


Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is returned in original condition with proper packaging. BannoBlush is not liable for damage during return shipping.
